Casa Villa 52

Modern architectural proposal integrating with nature and focused on sustainability

CASA VILLA 52

An architectural proposal that harmoniously integrates with the natural surroundings on a steep slope, taking advantage of the terrain's topography. It proposes a dialogue with nature where vegetation and architectural lines complement each other to create a unique, modern residential experience, with a strong focus on sustainability and visual comfort.

The multi-level design allows for the maximization of the sloped terrain, creating spacious terraces and balconies that offer outdoor entertainment areas, ideal for enjoying the connection with the surrounding landscape and the views of Coco Bay.

Modern, clean lines, with materials that enhance the feeling of lightness, such as glass railings and other architectural elements that contrast with the surrounding vegetation. Its large glass walls allow generous natural light and panoramic views from almost any point inside. As the crowning feature of the residence, at the highest point is the terrace and pool, with outdoor spaces optimized for socializing and enjoyment. Private and common areas are strategically distributed to offer a luxurious and comfortable experience.
